Lakeside Lodge Terms and Conditions

• Provisional enquiries/bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a completed Booking Form and Deposit.
• A 20% deposit will be required, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the hire date on weekly hire.
• Full payment is required for all short breaks and weekly bookings made less than 6 weeks before commencement of hire.
• Occupancy is from 3pm on day of arrival to 11am on day of departure.
• A ‘No Smoking’ & ‘No Pets’ policy exists for the comfort of future hirers.
• All hire charges include electric, gas, bed linen, towels and wi-fi connection.
• All damages and breakages must be paid for, howsoever caused. The named hirer will be invoiced for full cost repair/replacements.
• The hire of the Lodge does not include fishing. This should be paid to the fishery manager/bailiff.
• Please refer to information folder found in the Lodge for details/instructions for central heating boiler and electrical appliances.

Cancellation Fees

Up to 4 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit
Under 4 weeks before arrival: Full cost of letting unless holiday dates are re-sold
