3 miles from historical Ashby de la Zouch and within 1 mile of National Forest visitor centre/Conkers, Moira Furnace, canal and trails. Easy access to A412/M1, NEC, Donington Racetrack and airports. On site there is a well stocked 24 peg fishing lake and family run licensed tearoom, serving breakfasts, homemade lunches and Sunday lunch.

The lodge is a self catering accommodation. A local shop, take away food outlets and a cash point are within easy reach and village pubs are within walking distance. Supermarkets are only a few miles away. A welcome grocery pack can be arranged.

  Tiled, comprising of a toilet, vanity unit and electric shaver point, bath with shower over and linen cupboard.

  Double wrought iron gates lead to parking area for several vehicles and car port. There is also a secure enclosed porch/outbuilding which is suitable for outdoor clothing/fishing tackle/bicycle storage. The garden is fenced to all sides and has a large lawn, shrub boarders and a secluded patio with outdoor furniture and barbeque.
