On site there is a well stocked 24 peg fishing lake and family run licensed tearoom, serving breakfasts, homemade lunches and Sunday lunch.

The lodge is a self catering accommodation. A local shop, take away food outlets and a cash point are within easy reach and village pubs are within walking distance. Supermarkets are only a few miles away. A welcome grocery pack can be arranged.

Communication:
Free Wi-Fi internet, coin operated telephone.
Lounge:
Colour TV, DVD player, CD player, electric fire, two and three seater leather settees and a sofa bed settee for extra alternate sleeping. Large patio doors lead into the comfortably furnished conservatory, which has a view to the lake.
Kitchen:
Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, including fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment, microwave, gas oven and electric hob, dining table and chairs.
Bedroom 1 (En-Suite):
Double bed, bedside cupboards, vanity mirror, wardrobe storage. En-suite fully tiled with toilet, vanity unit and hairdryer, electric shaver point and walk in shower enclosure.
Bedroom 2:
Twin beds, drawers, wardrobe storage and vanity mirror.
Large Family Bathroom:
Tiled, comprising of a toilet, vanity unit and electric shaver point, bath with shower over and linen cupboard.
Exterior:
Double wrought iron gates lead to parking area for several vehicles and car port. There is also a secure enclosed porch/outbuilding which is suitable for outdoor clothing/fishing tackle/bicycle storage. The garden is fenced to all sides and has a large lawn, shrub boarders and a secluded patio with outdoor furniture and barbeque.

••• Terms and Conditions
- Provisional enquiries/bookings over the telephone or by post will only be confirmed on receipt of a completed Booking Form and Deposit.
- A 20% deposit will be required, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the hire date in weekly hire.
- Full payment is required for all short breaks and weekly bookings made less that 6 weeks before commencement of hire.
- Occupancy is from 3pm on day of arrival to 11am on day of departure.
- A 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets' policy exists for the comfort of future hirers.
- All hire charges are inclusive of electric and gas.
- Bed linen and towels provided.
- All damages and breakages must be paid for, howsoever caused. The named hirer will be invoiced for the full cost repair/replacements.
- The hire of the Lodge does not include fishing. This should be paid to the fishery manager/bailiff.
- Please refer to information folder found in the Lodge for details/instructions for central heating boiler and electrical appliances.
